We ship all items by UPS Ground from our warehouse in New Jersey and the shipping amount is automatically calculated during checkout and is based upon the weight of the item(s) being shipped.  All shipments are insured and you will receive a tracking number when your item(s) ship. 

Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item. To return an item, you must contact Hikers Electronics.com by e-mail, at  info@hikerselectronics.com to obtain an RMA number and return shipping information. Be sure to provide the original invoice number, the name of the product being returned, and the reason for return.

Returned products must be complete and in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
